You know, I thought when I clicked on this, I was going to get something interesting. Instead, (*sigh*) the same old thing.

Here's an idea for a real emergency network. Get a frequency allocation on VLF. Then place a digital messaging system in place. (Can we say GWEN?)

60 stations nationwide..that's all it would take.
