Heathkit SB-200 Linear Amplifier
-
Sold!
Heathkit SB-200 Linear Amplifier.....$450 plus shipping. This is a 1 KW 8-10 meter linear amplifier that runs off of 110 VAC or 220 VAC. It uses a pair of 572B tubes. This amp is unmodified with the exception of a BNC jack replacing the RCA connector (good mod!)and is in very nice shape with no extra holes and all of the correct knobs. It has a few paint chips and a previous owner put some kind of ID number on the back of the unit. Nothing has been arced or burned and the ham who built this did a really excellent job on the soldering/wiring. Puts out around 500 - 600 watts with 100 watts drive on 110 volts. I have used this with my Yaesu FT-1000MP transceiver. Includes a photocopy of the manual. E-mail me if you would like additional photos.
