Uses standard DB-9 connector for control. RF connectors are SMA(f). Great for switching transverter IF cables. Operating voltage is 20-28 VDC, current is 135 mA @ 24 VDC. Nominal impedance is 50 Ohms. Insertion Loss is 0.2 dB Max.
VSWR is 1.2:1 Max. Switching time <15 ms. TTL Logic: On State: 2.4 - 5 VDC, OFF State: 0 - 0.8 VDC.

Microwave WJ-M1G Mixer and LNA
This module contains a Watkins Johnson M1G Mixer and a LNA.
The M1G mixer is a very high quality space-qualified mixer. It has SMA connectors for the RF, IF, and LO ports. The RF range is 1.0-4.2GHz, IF is 0-1GHz, and LO power is +7dBm.
The LNA circuit frequency is unknown. The active device is a NEC I336. The LNA contains 5 gold/ceramic piston caps, and uses SMA connectors.
These modules are new and unused, bit their condition has not been tested. $15 plus postage.

I have a 2.4 Ghz 60 Watt RF Amplifier board for sale, this has not been mounted into an enclosure, but it was tested by me. Requires 12-24 Vdc, and approx 1 Watt in at 24 Vdc, gets you 60 Watts out. It uses 3 ea. MRF286S devices, board measures 2 1/4" by 5 3/4". Comes with hookup/setup instructions.
Adjustable drain current, Temp output, 10 to 1 VSWR Protected.
