hello, first i am from holland [the netherlands]and 66 years old with retairment so every euro is a big euro for my ... my english language is not fb .so my story about the butternut antenna here, i buy the antenna 495.00 euro,s not $ here by the daeler in holland , i open the carton box for erecting the ant. but some clamp has to big holes not for 5/32 bolts but for6.5 mm ---the insulater peaces are to small i can moved after fastening 2 cm up and down----some clamp are not good the wings from the clamps going over each other so only one side was ok--also some clamps are not good for fastening the alu pipe or tube. the flat insulater peaces are wrong drilled not in the center. so i have a lot of trubles i have sent the antenna back to the daeler and i ask my miney back , but no responce, after 4 weeks the man give only 385, 00euro back so i missing 100 and two times freight a 20 euro =120 euro for a very bad antenna . the dealer in [roermond city/ nort limburg ]

Unfortunately, we have questionable dealers over here too. I'm sorry you lost money on the deal, but all considering, it is probably a blessing in disguise.

Google Translation: Helaas hebben we te betwijfelen dealers hier ook. Het spijt me u geld verloren op de deal, maar alle in overweging te nemen, is het waarschijnlijk een zegen in vermomming.
