Hi folks,
I used to buy some devices from I.C.E. and had no problems at all in the past. However, my last order from end of July '08 has not yet been deliver. Although, my credit card was immediately charged. I have tried to contact guys from I.C.E. but no replay to my e-mails, fax is like not working, and nobody does pick up the phone. Have you ever encounter such problems with I.C.E.? I still have a hope that one day I got my I.C.E. toys, especially that this order was few 100$'s order.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Interesting comment. I too ordered about four months ago, but was not billed until about two weeks ago. My order has not arrived and email goes unanswered and no one answers the phone. They owe me half a Kilobuck worth of product.

I also placed an order with them about two months ago. They never billed my card, but they also never answered emails asking about the order and requesting they contact me before preparing to ship so I could have money in the account ready to go when they were ready to charge me...

I've purchased 2 ICE items from R&L Electronics during the last 2 years. In each case it took 2-3 months to receive the items. R&L told me that it takes a long time for them to get deliveries from ICE.

You've got 60 days to file a dispute with your credit card company. After that you are S.O.L. I think I would file that claim using the paperwork provided by the credit card company no later than 45 days after the charge was made. If you ordered through R&L you may be in the clear.

I would contact your State Attorney General’s office and file a complaint (in most States you can do this online). I’ve done so in the past when I’ve had trouble with a vender and it really lights a fire under there a$$. That’s what they are there for.

I JUST got off the phone with them, and they are alive and well, just buried in orders.

This is great to hear they are still alive. I rather prefer to get my order than having to cancel it, however. Anyway, even a simple e-mail from them stating what you said should have a place than just no answer. I will give them a while, hope I will receive my order.
