Hi, I'm 16 years old and I bought a Yaesu FT-757GX trx. Everythink is ok, but the memory doesn't stay, so I think the internal lithium battery is dead. But... ..I can't find the in internal battery ! So I can´t exchange it. Please help me !!! tnx and 73 de DC7MH

The battery is avaliable from Yaesu,but it's a bear to change.You have to unsolder the old one and solder the new one in place.

If you've had luck exchanging this Lithium battery on the 757GX, I could use some pointers too. I've not even cracked the case yet. But I understand it's a bit of a bear to find this battery. Any suggestions or help would be welcome. Nice Radio! I'd like to keep the memory though! 73 Barry KC0TOW

Hi! I have a 757GX and I am struggling to locate the backup battery. Can you please help me? What is the specifications for the battery ....voltage etc.
